The brand new facility of two stories offers four alternative:
· Studio of 27 m² for 2 persons
· Two rooms of 35 m² for 2 persons
· Two rooms of 50 m² for 2-4 persons
· Three rooms of 60 m² for 4-6 persons
Each well-lit apartment with a beautiful panorama includes a kitchen with cooking area (utensils provided),
refrigerator, table and chairs; toilettes with shower and bidet; Tuscan tile floors; central heating when necessary.
Available for all guests is a common area on the ground floor with television and library opening onto a large garden. Local products are available.
The new building was constructed following environmentally friendly and earthquake secure guidelines.
Warm water is provided by solar energy.
